Look for FAT people (Faithful, Available, Teachable) who have completed discipleship and are ready to lead.
Spend extra time with emerging leaders. Let them watch you lead, disciple, and multiply.
Train them in the skills they need—how to disciple, teach, lead, and multiply.
Release them to start their own discipleship group. Give them authority and trust them.
Meet monthly to troubleshoot, encourage, and coach them through challenges.
As they multiply, have them raise up leaders too. The cycle continues.
