1. Who we are

This website, kylelauriano.com (the “Site”), is operated by Kyle Lauriano / The King Is Coming Ministry (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. The short version

We built this Site to share testimonies and teaching, not to harvest your data. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising networks on the Site, and we do not collect email addresses to send you marketing. We collect only what is needed to run the Site, respond to messages you send us, and process donations you choose to make.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, the nature of your inquiry, and your message. We use this solely to read and respond to your message.

Donation information. When you make a donation, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your card and billing details are entered on Stripe’s secure systems and are handled by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card number. We may receive limited confirmation information (such as the donation amount, date, and a masked reference) for our records.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and its hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

Embedded content (YouTube). The Site embeds videos and links from YouTube. When a page with embedded YouTube content loads, or when you play a video, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data according to its own privacy policy. We use the privacy-enhanced embed mode where possible.

4. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not collect email addresses for newsletters or marketing.
• We do not display third-party advertising on the Site.
• We do not knowingly build advertising profiles about you.

5. How we use information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• respond to messages and requests you send us;
• process and keep records of donations;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• comply with legal obligations (for example, tax or accounting requirements related to donations).

6. How information is shared

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

• Stripe — to process donations (see Stripe’s Privacy Policy).
• Our website host / infrastructure providers — to serve the Site.
• YouTube / Google — through embedded video content.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to protect the safety of any person.

7. Cookies

The Site may use a small number of cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function and to keep it secure. Embedded YouTube content and any analytics tool may set their own cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

8. Data retention

We keep contact-form messages and donation records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected (responding to you, maintaining financial records, and meeting legal obligations), after which we delete or anonymize them.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, and we rely on established providers (such as Stripe) for sensitive operations like payment processing. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). 11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email contact [at] kylelauriano [dot] com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

12. Third-party links

The Site links to external sites (such as YouTube, and our payment pages on Stripe). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing them information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
