Donation, Purchase & Refund Policy

1. Donations are voluntary gifts

Contributions made through kylelauriano.com are voluntary donations that support the work of The King Is Coming Ministry — keeping content free, funding production, and extending the ministry’s reach. They are gifts, not payments for goods or services. All of our resources, videos, and the Scripture Library remain free.

Donations are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

2. Purchases of physical items

Separately from donations, the Site offers a small number of physical items for purchase through our store — at present, facsimile editions of the 1611 King James Bible offered together with The 1611 King James Bible Museum. A purchase is a payment for goods, not a gift, and the following applies to it:

• Who you are buying from. Your order is placed with Veiled Lamb Media LLC, which runs The King Is Coming Ministry, and paid through Stripe. The item ships on our behalf from The 1611 King James Bible Museum through its fulfilment partner, Kingdom Wear (kingdomwear.com), which receives your name, shipping address, phone number, and email for that purpose only.
• Limited availability. Some items may be sold in a fixed quantity. In the rare event that the last copy is sold twice before our records update, we will refund the later order in full and tell you promptly.
• Cancelling before shipment. Contact us within 48 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full if the item has not yet shipped.
• Damaged or lost in transit. If your item arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order reference and, for damage, photographs. We will replace it where a copy remains, or refund in full.
• Returns. We do not accept returns for change of mind once the item has shipped.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

3. Donations are generally non-refundable

Because donations are voluntary gifts rather than purchases, donations are generally non-refundable once processed. We rely on the support of our donors, and gifts are typically put to use promptly.

4. When we will refund a donation

We understand honest mistakes happen. We will review and, in good faith, refund a donation in situations such as:

• a duplicate or accidental charge (for example, you were charged twice, or submitted a donation in error);
• an incorrect amount entered by mistake (for example, an extra digit);
• a charge you believe was unauthorized;
• a recurring/monthly donation you intended to cancel but which renewed before you could (we will stop future charges and, where appropriate, refund the most recent one).

To request a refund in one of these situations, contact us within 30 days of the charge through the contact form with the donor name, the approximate date and amount of the donation, and a brief explanation. We will respond promptly and, where a refund is warranted, process it back to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Recurring (monthly) donations

If you set up a recurring monthly donation, it will continue until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time through the contact form, and we will stop future charges. Cancelling stops upcoming donations; it does not automatically refund past gifts, though the mistake/renewal situations in Section 4 still apply.

6. Failed or disputed charges

If a donation or purchase fails or is disputed through your bank or card issuer, the matter may be handled directly through Stripe and your financial institution under their procedures. We’re glad to help resolve any issue — please reach out to us first so we can assist.

7. Tax considerations

Donations are received by Veiled Lamb Media LLC, which is not a tax-exempt charity. Gifts and donations to it are not tax-deductible. Any receipt we provide is a record of your payment, not a receipt for tax purposes. We are not able to provide tax advice.

8. Questions
